Returns, Replacements & Warranty
1. Return Window (Unused Items Only)
You have 14 calendar days after delivery to request a return of an unused, uninstalled adapter kit.
Hygiene note: Once the kit has been mounted on a toilet—even for test‑fitting—we cannot accept it back for sanitary reasons. Please review the sizing guide or email us before installation if you have any doubts.
2. Start a Return

Email retrofitseatsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos showing the kit is uninstalled.

We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid UPS Ground label and packing instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the item price (original shipping non‑refundable) to your original payment method within five business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

If you haven’t seen the refund 15 business days after our confirmation, email us.
4. Warranty Replacement (Installed Parts)
If an installed adapter cracks or fails under normal household use within 90 days of delivery, email photos of the damage. We’ll ship a one‑time free replacement component; no return required.
Exclusions: overtightening, exposure to harsh chemicals (acetone, bleach), or loads above 300 lbs.
5. Damages, Missing Parts, or Wrong Item on Arrival
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if anything is damaged or incorrect so we can make it right—usually by sending the missing or replacement part at our expense.
6. Non‑Returnable Items

Kits that show signs of installation or contact with a toilet.

Custom‑colour or special‑order prints (unless defective).

Gift cards or items marked Final Sale.
7. Exchanges
Need a different colour or ordered the wrong model? The quickest way is to request a return (if unused) and place a new order. Warranty replacements for installed parts follow Section 4.
8. EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off
For goods shipped to the European Union, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The kit must still be unused and uninstalled. Follow the return steps above.
