1 · Order Processing

Every adapter kit is 3‑D printed to order. Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, U.S. holidays excluded) for production and packing. Most orders ship sooner.

2 · Delivery (U.S.‑only)

All orders ship FREE via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

* Transit time begins after the processing window.

  • A tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is created.

  • Every parcel includes $100 of default USPS insurance.

3 · Address Accuracy

Labels are generated from the address you enter at checkout. Please confirm it’s correct; we cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

4 · Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Email retrofitseatsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the USPS delivery scan (or expected delivery date if delayed). We’ll file a carrier claim and, once approved, ship a replacement at no charge.

5 · International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Contact us if you’d like updates on future international availability.

6 · Holiday & Weather Delays

Severe weather or peak‑season volume may extend delivery times. We’ll post service alerts on the site banner and email affected customers.
