I have one from a while ago that broke down I ordered 2 new white ones and one new yellow ones that I have not received yet. Frustrated by that
Hi Wade — thank you for the 5 stars, and I'm sorry your order is running behind. That's on us. I've reached out to you directly by email with a tracking update and to make this right. Your package is scheduled to land Monday, April 27. Thanks for your patience, and thank you for being a repeat customer.
We recently purchased 2 adapters for our Case 1960s wall hung toilets. We are overjoyed to have found these adapters that allow toilet seats to attach. ( we used the Bemis brand toilet seats). After searching for years for seats that fit our vintage toilets, we are so pleased these adapters have been created. They are well made and easily attach. Thank you for creating this product!
Linda and Gerald, thank you so much for the kind words and for sharing photos — they look fantastic! Wall-hung Case toilets from the 60s are some of our favorites to help keep in service, and we love seeing them paired with a fresh Bemis seat. Thank you for your business and for taking the time to leave a review. Enjoy!
The product itself is great! The color however, isn't a great match for my toilet, so I haven't installed it yet. I plan to take the tank cover in and have an acrylic paint color matched so I can paint the adapter, then finish with clear coat. This company has great Communication with the customer, which I really appreciate. And they do a great job with customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
Hello, I am glad to hear you like the adapter and we appreciate your business! Please feel free to shoot us an email with photographs of the match and we will see if there is anything we can do for you on our end. The color matches are not perfect, but we are always doing our best to improve.
If you proceed with painting, please be sure to tape off the mounting post, and lightly sand the adapter with 400-600 grit sandpaper. We also recommend that you wear safety glasses and the proper mask!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
The toilet seat adapter fit perfectly and allowed for a new toilet seat on an old Case toilet from the early 1950's. When we purchased our home which is from 1790 and the bathrooms were updated in the 1950's we never knew modern toilet seats might not work on an old toilet. After some Google searching I found this company. Patrick is SUPER helpful and we sorted this out. The adapter is very nicely made and heavy duty. Thank you very much!
Thank you for your business, and for leaving your feedback!
We hope the adapter serves you well for years to come.
The adapter works great. At least I can get seat that’s functional but still very limited in styles and especially colors. The adapter seems a little pricey though.
Hi David, thank you for the 5 stars and for the honest feedback! We hear you on color and style options — we're always working on expanding what we offer, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize. On price: each adapter is printed and hand-finished individually, which takes several hours per unit, but we know that doesn't change how it feels at checkout. Our goal is to keep these vintage Case toilets in service for a fraction of what a replacement fixture would cost. Thank you for supporting our small business — we hope the adapter serves you well for years to come!
